Slow Jam Of The Day: "Baby Come Back" by Player

This is a great slow jam from 1978. Give it up.

you'd never guess that "player" was a white band when you hear that opening bass line...

And you'd never guess that the bass player is actually Ron Moss, who plays Ridge Forrester on "The Bold and the Beautiful". He had taken some time off from the show awhile back to go on tour with the band, which still has an active touring schedule.

This thread actually came up a while back...It's such a cool song!

I'm a sucker for 70's soft rock as well. Ran a thread on here about the song "Shannon", "Brother Louie" and "Jackie Blue". Have everything from since I was little.

I have this song on my Sunday Drive playlist along with Summer Breeze, Peg, Lviving Inside Myself, and some other oldies I love.

I always forget about the Ridge Forester/Bold and the Beautiful connection. I have to remind my mom about that.
Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off
