I think the name of the song that Chris/Izzy auditioned with is called "We All Die Young." I've seen the soundtrack CD for sale on ebay and you probably can find it at Best Buy or something.

It would probably be worthwhile to buy it if you like 80s metal music. There's another movie about the music business called "Almost Famous" that focuses on a band in the 70s. I think the story of "Almost Famous" was better than "Rock Star" but "Rock Star" had the better music.

The song is Strangelhold by Ted Nugent, the redneck.

What a boring movie. Only MArk Wahlberg could make the rock n' roll lifestyle seem dull.
