how can you tell she has had too much surgery from these pics? from these pics? no; not just these. There was a show on bbc three which featured a top surgeon who looked at before/after pictures and video footage and he even said janet has had extensive surgery. She's had at least three nose jobs Breast implants face lift upper & lower eyelid surgery All the above is obvious to the eye anyway. When she speaks or sings her top lip doesn't move and the muscles around it don;t either. Her nose has changed again just within the last couple of years. | |

They said it was hard to tell how many nose jobs janet had because she had when she was young.
