Any Muse fans here?

Do they have any other songs like "Submissive Black Hole"? I'm not all that familiar with them but I like this song. I didn't care for much of the rest of the new CD but I dug this song. Are there any others like this I should know about?

Seriously, is it the content or the jam that you like?
Either way, if you can wait a year or two, I'm predicting that SMBH will be Timberlake's whole vibe.

I was seeking the advice of those more well versed and familiar with their material, smart ass. I can not only do my own search but I can find every CD they ever made and download them for free but that was not my objective. If you don't want to help, then please BOUNCE from this thread.

Could you really be so impetuous that you couldn't see the next post asking what about the song you like? Needed to know this before I suggested something.

Anyway, was teasing about the speculations surrounding that song. You could learn a thing or two from it.

Breathe deep, sip some tea, have a Midol...something.

It's Supermassive Black Hole.

Both Absolution and Black Holes and Revelations are my favorite Muse records and I always listen to them all the way through.

Supermassive Black Hole is a track they have indicated was influenced by Prince. I'd have to say it's the only funky track like that though.

No,their songs usely aren't that groovy,
give the follow up Starlight a second listen, first I thought it wasn't a good second single and now it's my fav.Bliss is a great older hit.

No Supermassive black hole is not like any of their other material. The usual stuff is harder, but in my opinion, better.

The new album takes a bit of getting used to.

Get hold of the single "Time is running out". Make a judgement after that as to whether you want to hear more!

Thanks for the feedback from all those who answered. I'll give them another spin but I get the feeling they are not necessarily my cup of tea. Nonetheless, I'll check out the suggested tracks. (S**t, I typed submissive even though I knew the title as supermassive. Oops. biggrin )

You start with "Submissive Black Hole". I found that funny whether it was intentional or Freudian. That is the reason I teased.

It's also why I asked what it is you like about the song so that I can best answer.
You chose to focus on the reply you wanted. It says more about you than it does me.

Have another Midol
...or two.
And then try a bit of that submission. Perhaps your subconscious brain knows what's best for you.

Black Holes and Revelations isn't so bad at all, sorry, to my opinion.
