GEORGE & TERENCE: HEAD 2 HEAD !!!

i was listening to these 2 masterpieces today..so i figured a thread was worthy. biggrin

both of these were released in 1987. both hugely successful. and both, IMHO; brilliant albums. which of these two do you prefer over the other. or would you rank them both the same? or just feel free to add your opinion on them.

hmmm

faith was an excellent album and brings back many great memories of high school. The hardline was sooooo soulful and funky. It was the perfect blend of rock and soul. terrence reminded us of sam cooke and stevie all wound up. It still sounds great today. Dance little sister. Seven whole days. every song is great!

Introducing The Hardline According To Terence Trent D'Arby
It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

I think he lived in England for a long time. Long enough to develop that american british celebrity accent ala madonna

Terence has taken more chances musically, and I found the Hardline more interesting than Faith.

I probably prefer T's album overall, but Father Figure trumps anything on Hardline.
