Actually, promoting the 'Dynamite' album would have been a waste of time and money because radio stations and video channels wouldn't play an album like that anyway. It would threaten their cheap, talentless shit hop artists. Imagine if disco/funk caught on again. A lot of (c)rappers would have a one way ticket back to the gutter.

lol you are correct.

I agree,'Dynamite' has it's share of problems. The actual music kicks ass,but unfortunately, the songwriting throughout is messy and uneven.Songs like "Feels Just Like It Should" and "Love Blind" feature some of the worst lyrics on any Jamiroquai album. The title track starts off promisingly enough, but quickly becomes repetitive and boring. As a whole, the album feels unfocused and it's not nearly as consistent as the previous album 'A Funk Odyssey'.But,when it's good,it's very good."Seven Days In Sunny June" is delightfully breezy and melodic...easily one of their best songs. The relentless "Black Devil Car" rocks harder than anything they've ever done."Electric Mistress" should have been a smash in the clubs, and "Time Won't Wait" is fast, catchy and alot of fun.

Agreed. "Sunny June" is one of their best songs, I like "Dynamite" and "Star Child" but the rest of the album just isn't as captivating as prior albums. . ROTSC, TWM and Synkronized received continuous play from beginning to end, and ROTSC is one of the most enjoyable albums I have ever heard. Compared to those, and even A Funk Odyssey, Dynamite comes up short.

I hear ya.When 'Dynamite' was first released,I loved it but then I quickly became bored with it.There are a handful of good songs but the album lacks focus.
