She was one of those singers who was always "on the verge" of a big breakthrough,but it never happened.She released a few solo albums in the 80s and 90s,but never got the attention she deserved.I love her 1989 single "I Need Your Lovin"....a nice,sexy,midtempo jam (not to be confused with the Teena Marie classic of the same name).She has the most beautiful eyes,too

BTW 1/2 of that album been produced by Kashif. And Alyson Williams made a comeback album not so long ago.....
