It's not true.
The picture was a fake. She's not in handcuffs, she's just got her hands behind her back and the guy with her is a security guard. Hell, she doesn't even wear her hair in braids anymore. "You could say I'm a terminal case/You could burn up my clothes/Smash up my ride...well, maybe not the ride" | |
