Boy George is a funny old bloke Anyone watching the doc "madness of boy george"?
I've always found him funny in interviews. I remember when asked about idol singer Will young, he said something like "some people should stay in the closet" or something like that Anyway, interesting bloke. Ha, the way he slags people off. Its more of a brit thing to be so openly honest in interviews. [Edited 10/17/06 14:40pm]

Boy George is actually pretty intelligent. He's got a great sense of humor too. I remember meeting him on a morning talk show THE ALEX BENNETT SHOW in San Francisco. Before the interview were were talking to Alex and he was saying that he didn't know much about him so really wasn't all that excited about the interview. At the end we all had such a great time. ALEX BENNETT told George on the air that he found him to be very funny and intelligent and that he had a great time interviewing him.
You should all read his book TAKE IT LIKE A MAN. M MyeternalgrattitudetoPhil&Val.Herman said "We want sweaty truckers at the truck stop! We want cigar puffing men that look like they wanna beat the living daylights out of us" Val"sporking is spooning with benefits"

I wonderif he has done "have i got news for you" (BBC polital satire quiz) Yes it is. It's very captivating. I would love to see any political program with him in it. He would definately speak his mind. I remember seeing him on DONAHUE a long long long long time ago and his answers to all of Phils questions were so honest and made so much sense that the people really looked like they changed their minds about him. Back then everyone was really disturbed by his look. M MyeternalgrattitudetoPhil&Val.Herman said "We want sweaty truckers at the truck stop! Saying how they liked how he told the US press to fuck off whilst he was working. He also said Rosie o donnel ruined the stageshow they did "taboo". I might keep an eye out for the book, thanx "dont take my mind on a trip....."
