Was great up to and including Play. Then made too much money and became a boring twat who thoiught he was techno's answer to Chris Martin's piles. A cult artist who should've stayed a cult. Musically, post Play he felt obliged to repeat the formula and did so badly (the "I'm A Twat Dressed As An Astronaut" album) and terribly (the "I'm A Rich Twat Who Stays in Expensive Hotels" album).

I think you're not a Lenny fan.

I'm not...I've listened to some of his albums...but they didn't captivate me. But he's doing his thing. Gotta respect the man for doing everything on his album

If you look up "sell out" in the dictionary, you'll find a picture of his smarmy face.

That said, "Go" is a classic single and Everything Is Wrong is a solid album.

"Animal Justice" was a brave album to make, and much of it was superb. Then came "Play", which is a masterpiece whose qualities were overshadowed by a). its ubiquity, b), its popularity and c). Moby morphing into a giant prat. Everything he's done since has been a pale imitation of it, and who the fuck told the gnome he could sing?

I agree with Shapeshifter. His stuff up through Play was great, but the albums that followed should have been called "Re-Play" and "Play Again". I never thought he would become a formulaic hack, but he has.
