I just love nothing more in the world than going to see LIVE music and I try to see a band once a week but i've just only noticed there is very few gigs I've been to where I know EVERY song. I'm into so many bands and not really a huge fan of any (love prince but 100% sure I'd not know 1 or 2 songs if I got/get the chance to see him) so knowing all the songs played is often unlikely. The last band I saw which I knew everything to was Jamiroquai and I can't decide if it was a better experience because of this or not even though hanging on every word is pretty cool! So whats better, hearing a song for the first time or the 999th time?

I'd hate to go to a Prince concert and not know as of the songs, but I'd rather that then go and have him just play "Kiss" all night. I'd rather hear songs I know, but not too well.
Am I allowed to say that?

The best to me is seeing a show where you know the studio versions of songs, but the live versions just blow you away and take the song you already liked to a higher level. Then you go home and anxiously await a boot.....er, live album official release!
