Agreed.
Where is Cowboys And Angels?

I hear there's a 3CD set also.

Its basically those two records with a couple of tracks from the dreadful covers album. The new track with Mutya, hasn't grown on me, just no hook, whats a George Michael song without a catchy hook? a Michael track with no beat.

Absolute co-sign. nod confused

I'll still get this - because I'm a gullible George Michael fan lol - but there's little point in getting this. disbelief As you say, 'Ladies & Gentlemen' is far more comprehensive.

A wasted opportunity...

Very strange indeed. Is like EVERY song from Patience on there?

'97 or '98 - it originally appeared on Ladies And Gentlemen, the first best of, in 1998, along with Outside (at least in the UK - in the US it was replaced with Monkey due to Mary J. Blige's contract at the time).

Yeah, I'm really disappointed in this. Some real gems, of course, but assuming I can get the duet with Paul McCartney as the third single, and then I can buy Understand from disc 3 some other way (that's a new track, right?), I'll just make my own.

Oh my God, I just went through them - the only track from Patience that's not on this set (the 3CD version, anyway), is the reprise of Patience - all of 1:30 long... Freeek! is presumably the single version rather than the re-made album version, but seriously, Patience was his worst album, and now he wants to sell it again, forfeiting Cowboys And Angels and I Want Your Sex (and yes, all of the Five Live set...). I'm sure he's trying to make this as different as possible from Ladies And Gentlemen, but let's face it, that was a better set.

It's like not putting WDC on a Prince-best of.

I'm a fan but I never liked Freeek and Shoot the dog.
Ladies & Gentlemen was much better, one of the best compilations ever!!

clapping I'm exciting about this cd set only for As-with Mary J. Blidge!

My wife loves this version as much or probably more than Stevie Wonder's original! Before, I couldn't get this song for her in the U.S. because of the whole M.J.Blidge contract deal.

Could have just got the import on Ladies & Gentlemen. It was on all the other versions.
