last night i was on amazon.com sampling new cd's that i'm interested in and i came across the new album from KISS frontman Paul Stanley and from the samples i love what i hear! but i see the album wont be out until OCT 24th...so later i'm checking out the website called Metal Sludge and they are talking about the new album and some guy says its a great album and he's had it for over a month now! so i'm like yea right...so i go on emule and sure enough there it is and of course i had to check it out btw its excellent and i'm definitly going to buy it when it comes out! anyway looking at the text file that came with the album shows that it was put up Sept 18th! my question is how does an album get leaked over a month before it comes out and who's responsible for that happening? with the Killers new album it was impossible to get a copy beofre the release date

Paul found out about it and the page was quickly deleted and no doubt legalities would have been started.
