Oh man, she got her nose done again. In other pics I wasn't sure, but this one leaves little doubt. That looks like Michael's nose. In fact she looks a lot like Michael in that pic.

There was a programme on u.k t.v with a respected, experienced plastic surgeon analysing pictures of celebrities and he confirmed with 100% affirmation that janet has had at least three nose jobs, upper and lower eye work and a face lift!
