Harbour Island's Fearless Courage Band Launches Debut Album
Internationally

For some, a daily dose of Vitamin C ordinarily does the trick for the
common cold, for others - take members of Harbour Island's Courage
Band for instance, how about a teaspoon every waking minute.

Fresh off the heels of completing their debut album `Vitamin C,'
Courage is ready to dive into the highly competitive music world with
guts, gumption and grit.

"We're really proud of our Bahamian music heritage," says Dwight
Stewart, bass guitarist and leader of the band. "We're grateful to the
contracts we've lined up here on Briland - the band is booked solid
every weekend until July 2002 - but we're also thrilled at the
prospect of sharing our music with the rest of the world." The group
is presently working with producers in California to organize a tour
promoting the album, said to be the first studio project to leave the
island since the Percentie Brothers recorded their classic calypso
