Budgie's wife!

mad

It's funny how Budgie got kicked to the curb (that's my phrase 'o' the day - kicked to the curb) for the next Creatures album in 2007 since it will now be credited as a Siouxsie solo album. Poor Budgie. sad

They are still happily married and I'm sure Budgie will be playing on every track, but the name 'Siouxsie' can sell more copies than the name 'Creatures'. It all started when the last Creatures tour in 2004 was billed as "An Evening With Siouxsie". At least that's my take on it. shrug

Get this one first:

A Bestiary Of - It's their 'Wild Things' EP and 'Feast' LP along with their early singles and b-sides.

If you like that, then get the rest of their albums in order: Boomerang, Eraser Cut EP, Anima Animus, Hai.

There's also a great live album for sale on their website www.thecreatures.com called Live : Utrecht Tivoli 06/03/90.

In order

1. Madonna, she is god, the diva or divas, my favourite multimediatrix
2. Donna Summer, the greatest voice in the pit of divas.
3. Barbra Striesand. Gretest presence
4. Celine Dion, best voice by far (fuck u shes the shit)
5. Shirley Bassey, most fabulous
6. Cher (no comment, shes great)
7. Kylie Minogue (Diva extraordinaire up there with mads, and will take over goddess throne when Madsy karks it)
8. Bette Middler, best actress as well as singer
9. Diana Ross, what can I say the black Madonna
10-25 Billie Holiday, Dusty Springfield, Alison Moyet, Edith Piaf, Maria Callas, Kiri Te Kanawa, Chrissie Hynde, Sheila E, LisanWendy, Cyndi Lauper, Carole King, Karly Simon, Gwen Stefani (even if she is a tragic Madonna wannabe)
Tina Turner, Eartha Kitt, Macy Gray.
17 Years ago I made a commitment to Prince

Wow, I could go on for days doing this! But keeping it under 5 (and not judging solely on vocal performance)...

Meshell Ndegeocello
Vanessa Daou
Suzanne Vega
Joni Mitchell
Bjork
