It's AndGodCreatedme, I think. I always mix her online name with that of Marion's. I always have to look them up to be sure.

Ah. Gotcha.

Anyways, I am not a bitch, I am just witty.

Soooo...back to Tori...

Tori is a sea of ecstasy for me. There are very few artists who capture me the way she does. I take her very seriously as a teacher and role model. Her book has had a huge impact on me. She inspires me as an artist, and I use her work and career as a guide in my own artmaking. Her music, her words, her thoughts reach me in a way that is spiritually nourishing and make me realize how hungry I am for what she gives me. Her complex and intricate melodies, harmonies and rhythms and the way they fit together are truly genius. Her piano work is fantastic. Words fail me... Some of her songs seem to be a world unto themselves, they are that perfect.

Her work feels intensely real to me, a source of truth and nourishment, and infinitely interesting, drawing me into feelings and worlds I can't explain. She has a deep connection to and understanding of spiritual matters. Her songs have the formality and sweeping drama of classical music, and yet she is so contemporary. On top of that, she is an unabashed feminist. I think she is my sister. fallinluv
