Little Richard is a living legend and the architect (sp?) of rock and roll... ask him, he'll tell you himself! I don't think he's ever gotten the respect he deserves from the industry. Even his auto biography that was made into film was done on the television level, not the big screen as Ray Charles had or Johnny Cash. Leroy (the actor who portrayed Little Richard) did a horrible job, it was miscast and was a lackluster production.

So rock on Little Richard... say your mess to the duets, who cares if it makes sense or not, I love hearing you say "Wooooo!"

Honestly, I'd like to see his ass get up there and sing a song. How many decades has it been? Bitch and moan all you want about not getting respect Lil R, but if you actually got off your ass and made some music once in awhile in the last 30 years, people might actually care.

Love him tho biggrin

Naw , P has from what i've observed so far a more introvert way of acting .
( Can't speak for AI , because i never saw those episodes )
LR has a more funny-off-outgoing attitude , which i don't see that fast metaphored in2 P .

Yep, that's it. I was watching a documentary about Jimi Hendrix that was made in the 1970s. Little Richard was on there and he had me rolling over laughing when he was talking about Jimi.....

" Honey, he was playing that rock and roll music and I was just 'a screamin'
WOOOOO WOOOOO WOOOOO WOOOOO!!!!!
Honey, I could feel him all up underneath me and ..... uh.....
He made my big toe stand up in my boot
Cause he gave it ALL to ya
And that's what we really want....all or nuthin'"

It was hilarious. He said something about "Sly said everybodys a star. The lord just had to dip, thats right, dip with his dipper and pour Jimi on the world" or something of the sort. But the most precious thing is just the way he said everything, touching his hair.

In fact almost every interview in that documentary was odd. It was from deep deep deep in the 70's. There was the guy who claimed that Jimi had one of those jerks you get when you fall asleep, but rather than jerk awake he said Jimi was so cool he just decided to die instead.

And the girlfriend who kept talking about "Jimi shaking his process" I remember watching it thinking "what the fuck is a process?"

He tripped me out brushing his bangs out of his eyes every five minutes, especially after he said "we want all or nuthin". lol I had to go rewind the tape after I heard him talk about "feeling Jimi all up underneath him"...(he was talking about the guitar vibrations). For a minute there, he had me screamin'.....

Get it bitch!
