Michael Jackson - "We`re almost there" If this song had been recorded by another artist, it would have been a "filler", but i like this M.J single

Where Almost There was released in 1975 from Michael's last Motown album Forever Michael. The upove single cover is from a reissue in 1981, with a picture taken of Michael in 1980 during the Off The Wall era. I love the song Where Almost There, it has a beautiful surreal feel to it. Bjork said in a tv interview in 2000 that Where Almost There is the favorite song of her childhood.

For a long time this was one of my fav MJ songs.
There are certain songs that Michael recorded during his Motown years that should be repackage and put out there, just to remind peeps how soulful MJ once was; 'We're almost there' along with songs like 'Cinderella', 'Looking through the Windows' 'People Make the World go around' 'You've got a friend','We've got a good thing going','Ain't No sunshine','Got to be there', 'Don't Take your love from me','Touch' should be made into an album called the 'Soul of Michael Jackson' to remind people Michael use to be as soulful as they come. The only reason why he wasn't up there with the Marvin's and the Curtis Mayfields is because of his age. [Edited 10/1/06 5:59am]

I have always hated this song. Still do. The horrible 5th dimention like production just screams cheese.
The album it comes off, which is "forever michael", is very poor to me. Still, "Dapper dan" is a laugh.
