The Tears of a Clown.

If this song by Smokey Robinson & the Miracles is not a jam, then I don'y know what is.

I've had this on repeat for the past 30 minutes.

MICHAEL JACKSON: Always and Forever

One of the best singer songwriters ever. It's classics like this that make me think that the oldies station my mom used to listen to wasn't all that bad. I love old Motown.

My favorite Miracles song! Don't forget to give Stevie his due; he wrote the music.

Absolutely a great song. I need to reform my Motown collection ~ 8 track and cassette tapes and 45's all long gone.

"Tears Of A Clown " may be my Mom and Dad's music. But I love that song. Especially that deep saxophone mixed with those flutes in the background that drives it. It's amazing that all that Motown music from the 60's and early 70's still sounds good today.

nod The same goes for another classic: "It's a Shame" by the Spinners.

I heart Smokey & the Miracles:

The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

One of the greatest Stevie Wonder songs, ever written.
