Duran Duran! Just listening to some older singles last night - Planet Earth, New Religion, Rio - what killer basslines! That early stuff was so cool, and terrbily underrated because most people considered them a pretty-boy band. I also love Medazzaland (their finest album of all thime, imo) and Big Thing - "Land", "The Edge of America" "Lake Shore Driving." Just love Duran Duran more than ever...if you do too, post here. Duran Duran is one of my favorite bands - so many amazing songs. My current faves are I Believe/All I Need to Know, The Seventh Stranger, A Matter of Feeling, Out of My Mind,.... too many to list  | |

 I LOVE the bassline in New Religion. I love Medazzaland and Big Thing as well.. Lake Shore Driving fucking RULES. Palomino...  And I really, really, REALLY dig the Liberty album, minus First Impression.  | |

Have you ever heard the Deftones cover of The Chauffeur? it is REALLY good... the dude sounds like like simon lebon, it's eerie. Very cool version of it. | |
