A TASTE OF HONEY - Sayonara

Very strong openingtrack from their 1982 album .
Written & produced by Al McKay ( EW&F) ,
and co-written by Tony Haynes who composed a lot with keyboardist Robert Brookins .

http://mp3.juno.co.uk/MP3...-02-06.mp3

This was the last album from ATOH .
2 years later they released a sort of "Best Of" on Capitol .
From the coversleeve it , it looked like another new one ,
but they went their way because a solo-joint from Janice Marie Johnson was released in the same year .
They've been discussed here before and it came to mention that there currently seem to be 2 ATOH camps .

Yeah , infectious groove .
I think there have been released a few good "Greatest Hits" cd's , from which the one done by Capitol includes this track .
And luckily the ladies are still jamming live too .

Something else I've got to thank you for bringing top my attention 100 MPH. I've got the first two ATOH albums and they're great. Highly underrated, the way a lot of disco singers and acts tend to be.
There are three sides to every story. My side, your side, and the truth. And no one is lying. Memories shared serve each one differently

It's frustrating that their second album is out of print mad I have the 2-CD set that contains their first and third album, but it's the second album that I need!! Released in 1979,it contains "Do It Good","Dance" and much more.

no,it's not a Japanese import and it's easy to find here in the States.Contains the entire debut album (plus a remix of "Boogie Oogie Oogie") and the entire third album compiled together as a 2-CD set

It's cool, but a piece of the puzzle is missing.I need the second album mad
