'You Called And Told Me' - Jeff Redd Anybody remember this joint? '91 or '92. Kinda new jack swing feel to it. I loved this track and just heard it again recently.

1991. It's from the Strictly Business soundtrack. I love that song! "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis

The part that cracks me up is when Davidson tells Phillips "You're Straight Up Whiter Then The Whitest White Man" . I like the song too.

Oh yeah, the premeire of Halle Berry!
That guy, Joe Phillips really acts that way to, that part was so perfect for him. He has a book out called "Talk Like a white boy" - http://www.amazon.com/He-...0762423994 and he's a proud republican - http://www.josephcphillip.../video.asp

Phillips frequently lectures and speaks at African American functions and is very visible in the Black community. He's sincere.
