For my money, I'd vote the folllowing as the top 3 all time female rappers (in no order):

-MC Lyte
-L-Boggie (Lauryn Hill)- she'd be the greatest if she had more rap in her repertoire
-Queen Latifah

Honorable mentions would go to Rah Digga, Lil' Kim, Roxanne Shante', and Fox Boogie Brown
