Sounds like a cross between Vanity 6 & Erika Kane - makes no fucking sense to me. Everytime I hear the name I think of that damn Erika Kane song by Aaliyah... "yo yo she's Erika, Erika, Erikaaaaa... Erika Kane!"   I watched "Making the Band" on MTV while the band Danity Kane was being primped for success. In one of the episodes, the girls went to a radio convention where they had to introduce themselves to the DJs that were there. The looks on the DJs' faces was HILARIOUS when the girls told them what the band's name was. Their expressions went from this:  to this:  . You could tell that they were thinking, "Danity Kane?? What the fuck kind of name for a band is that??" It is a whack name.
