Didn't these instruments make every song funkier?

When played right and by the right person, these two classic instruments made songs so much stronger and better. Yes, none other than the Fender Rhodes electric pianos:





and, Hammond Organs:





From gospel, soul, funk, rock and on, you know you had a full cup when you heard the fluid tones of these played on your favorite song. Masters such as Stevie, Herbie Hancock, Isaac Hayes, Bernie Worrel, Ray Manzerek, Donny Hathaway ( at this point, I must defer to some of our scholars to add to the list of grand players ) and so on made our lives a little better by touching the keys and spreading the joy. How do you feel?

Also add Earl Van Dyke from Motown.

Another funky instrument used was the tambourine.
