This will be a lonely thread lol John gets zero love up in hea for some odd reason - some people hate anything R&B, even when it's good confused

I, on the other hand, will be seeing him soon & am looking forward to it cool Great album, & that song is awesome thumbs up!

I am not averse to good new music, but I just don't get the John Legend hype at all. I would much rather listen to Maxwell, Van Hunt, Donnie, Rahsaan Patterson or D'Angelo if he could get his stuff together.

My father summed up Ordinary People best...he said it sounded like someone at a high school talent show. I recently saw John Legend on a television benefit concert and he just did not sound that great to me live either something was off between him and the band. Also, he definitely lacks stage presence.

I downloaded the cd and hated it. Rubbish.
It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

I didn't care for the album but I think he's very talented. I don't know why people hate on him so much especially since he's a new artist just trying to get out the gate.

Even if the media or label overhype him, that's got nothing to do with his music. Ordinary People is a classic song that has the ability to stand the test of time and we don't hear that too often in R&B. While he may have borrowed heavily for Save Room, another strong song for obvious reasons, I think he's one of the more promising artists to come around and has a real shot at longevity.
Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off
