YOU GUYS TELL ME BECAUSE I FEEL THAT SINGING IS FROM THE HEART THAT JUST TO SING TO BE SINGING SO WHAT IS A BAD AND GOOD SINGER???

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT BECAUSE SINCE I AM A SINGER I KNOW IT IS NOT EASY SO YOU GUYS TELL ME!

a good singer, imho, is someone who makes me "feel". doesnt have to be on key...doesnt have to be perfect pitch...just make me feel.

U are right when u say that singing comes from the heart. I guess for me, lyrical content has a lot to do with it. One of the reasons why I loved Babyface, when he first came on the scene, was because he seemed to know what it was I was feeling. He "felt my pain". I am not saying that India, is not a good singer, it is just that she is sounding like every other "neo-soul singer", that is out there. Her songs are sung in that same mono-toned key and to me, just harp on that "Don't worry be happy" thing.

I dig the cd but I agree with the fact that it's 2 Disney. Not enough meat with the potatoes.
