Lo-Fi-Fnk :: Wake Up (2006)

Watch the video here.

Please help me get Lo-Fi-Fnk higher on the MTV2 charts by voting for their video "Wake Up." It's really easy.

You can check out the song at their myspace, too.

THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Since I have your attention, can I also recommend their album? One of the best dance records of the year nod

Lo-Fi-Fnk :: Boylife (2006)

Wow! This album jams from start to finish. This is fastly becoming one of my favorite albums of 2006. Also, if you love electronic or electropop like Annie, Royskopp, Jay-Jay, etc. This will rock you! You'll be the talk of your friends. nod Their sound is so new and fresh that it's hard to compare them to any artist out now. Very unique sound that will stay in your head for dayyyys. "Steppin' Out" is one of the best 'coming out' songs ever made I imagine. You'll dance your butt off to this album!

I'm goin' out of mah mindddd
It happens everytimeeeee
We are no more than good friends
But then that stuff just happens.

All in the system, tomorrow you'll forget it
All in the system, next week regain old habits
All in the system, you try but you can't smash
All in the system, no matter if you had it.

*hand clap session*

I'M TELLING YOU. YOU WILL SHAKE TO THIS ALBUM. NO JOKE.

Here's a videoclip of them performing Live @ Headspin to Backspin. ENJOY!

My friend saw them at a festival in Sweden last summer!

I was looking at buying their CD from they website, but the checkout took me to mp3 downloads of Boylife, and I want a CD!

Lucky-o-city. I wish I could see them live.

Their attention hasn't been on North America because they haven't released anything here. Their album is currently only available in Sweden.

Moshi Moshi Records is planning on distributing "Boylife" throughout the rest of Europe on Monday, Aug. 28, 2006. So, I hope this Monday we'll see a physical CD surface.

I couldn't wait though. I bought the mp3 downloads thru Klicktrack and the price is now 5.70 EUR. Which is amazingly cheap considering I paid 7.50 for it back in April.

Hope you get it. I'll keep you posted on CD dates.
