do Paul,John,Ringo&George Solo Measure up to the

Beatles as a Band? meaning as Solo Artist's Combined do they measure up for you with what they did as a Band?? do you think John&Paul wrote Better or Played Better Solo than as Band Members?? same goes for Ringo&George??

No. The collective sum of their parts exceeded them individually.

But Paul became a much more pronounced bass player on his solo recordings than he was overall with the Beatles. And with the Beatles his playing wasn't shabby either.

No. They were better as a group, each one sort of checking each other. John refused 2 do some of Paul's cornier,sillier songs while Paul kind of softened John's hardness with some really nice harmonies. That's the way I c it. smile

But George Harrison, IMO, really had the most individual style once The Beatles disbanded. George was the first Beatle to succeed with a solo album, initially, after the break-up.

But then again,u knew I would say that. smile
