Cameo's best An org member said she had two Cameo tracks on her I-POD. I couldn't help but think she needs more!
Here are my two cents on essential Cameo. Candy I Just Want to Be Love You Anyway Be Yourself Soul Army Flirt Shake Your Pants Insane She's Strange (Room 1-2-3) For You Cameosis Back and Forth Keep it Hot Your Love Takes Me Out Sparkle A Goodbye Attack Me With Your Love Single Life Don't Be So Cool ...PLUS the LA.Connection tracks - Jealousy, I'll Find a Way, and Come Into My Heart.

That was me. I just have a Nano and there is no way I could represent my whole collection and have more than a couple of songs by each artist I own. I do have the rest of songs though.
And Use It or Lose It and I Never Knew should be on your list.

"Word Up" isn't my favorite, but I'd have to say it's essential. "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis

"Alligator Woman" is the album that does it for me. I got that in 1989 and still play it like mad!

Just adding some which might not be mentioned :
- The Soundtable - 1981 - Aphrodisiac - 1983 - Cameo's Dance - 1983 - Slow Movin'- 1983 - You're A Winner - 1983 - Groove With You - 1984 - Love You Anyway - 1984 - You Can Have The World - 1986 - Skin I'm In - 1988 - Nan Yea - 1990 - Front Street - 1992 - You Make Me Crazy - 2000 Speaking of side-projects : 1981 : Action , Doin'It To The Bone , etc 1982 - produced by Anthony Lockett and a co-appearance from Charlie Singleton . Alakazaam , Body Rap , Checking Out Your Stuff , Styling Smiling & Profiling 1984 - Another Anthony Lockett production . Outstanding tracks are Shake Down , Squeeze Play , Take You Out ( featuring Cameo-styled chants ) and a few more . & former C-soldiers Aaron Mills , Jeryl Bright & Thomas TC Campbell that did a project on their own . Charlie Singleton had an interesting maxi-single with his band Stargasm before he joined Cameo ( I Wanna Boogie With You - Brunswick Records / 1981 ) Charlie added much jazz to the Cameo-unit . Listen to his uni-solo on guitar while scatting in Love You Anyway ( 1984 ) and other jazz-licks on his axxe . It appears Cameo is recording a new album and possibly a new live-dvd with vintage live-footage and interviews . Tomi Jenkins has a new one out , available @ CdBaby and his MySpace . . . .
