Steely Dan:- The Lost Gaucho Holy crap! I never even knew this existed til the other day.
How cool is this?! Outtakes and demos from the Gaucho sessions! tracks:- Kind Spirit Were You Blind That Day (early version of Third World Man) The Bear The Second Arrangement (Pity it's not a full band version but still cool) Talkin About My Home Time Out Of Mind (cool different version lovin the guitar!) Kulee Baba (sounds similar to 'Aja') Gaucho Instrumental The only other Steely Dan outtakes I'd heard were the early demos ie Android warehouse, Stone Piano, Sun Mountain etc Hearing these outtakes has been a total pleasure! Makes me wonder what else is lurking in the Becker/Fagen vault! if you've gotta pay for things that you've done wrong I've gotta big bill coming at the end of the day- Gil Scott Heron
