When I was a kid,my mother used to play this album all the time.I love the cover,Aretha looks so elegant:
Released in 1974,this is the album that contains the hits "Until You Come Back To Me (That's What I'm Gonna Do)" and "I'm In Love".I have it on vinyl.I think it's her best album of the 70s. | |

"With pen in hand" is a hidden gem... She recorded the song "At last" during these sessions, she also recorded a song called "Happy blues", it would have been interesting to hear these songs, and all the other unreleased Franklin songs, which i guess there are more than a few of...
