Printablewow,i actually like the song second time around. vid doest totally suck - its very erratic like the song (wanted to yank that damn pony tail tho lol)
but i dont think the vid fit the song at all (aside from being erratic) its like deja vu pt 2 - bey in cute outfits, whippin her hair. i mean wheres the guy and the other girl??? i expect all the vids from this album to be complete vanity peices Yesterday is dead...tomorrow hasnt arrived yet....i have just ONE day...

On on another note what the hell happend to Beyonces Body, she def has lost alot of weight, her trademark "Booty" is almost gone, and she is getting whiter and whats with the fake Lil Kim Contacts shes wearing. To me its just troubling when Ladies do this kind of stuff, drop weight, and in this case lighten their skin however its done it cant be done. I just think it sends a negative image, Beyonce is now turning into a Lil Kim barbie doll type of woman, too bad. i thought she looked pretty good in this video, but yeah, she did pale in the scenes with the beach background. Bad makeup or lighting perhaps? i don't think she bleached her skin...and aren't her eyes light/medium brown? that's how they always looked to me.
She does look better with more weight though. I read some mag, I think it was People, that ran a poll comparing that brown dress from the BET awards last year, and then the silver outfit she had on this year with her weight loss. Like 85% said she looked better skinnier. The video is ok. Some scenes I can do without. I'm not her biggest fan but she is refreshing to have around in the music industry when we have the likes of Cassie these days. I am sure the song will grow on me just like most of her stuff. She does look a little too pale in this video to where it looks sickly though. | |
