No reason you shouldn't love it. The classics - I Feel for You, Stronger Than Before, Through the Fire And especially the tunes that don't get a lot of play - Eye to Eye, La Flamme, Caught in the Act, Chinatown tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...dID=182431 "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. C'mon y'all."

OMG I'm playing it right now! It's a fantastic CD. Songs like the title track (I'm playing that right now ), Stronger Than Before, Through The Fire, Eye To Eye, Caught In The Act and Chinatown are great. Give it a shot. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

This is actually one my least favorite Chaka Khan albums
Like many albums from the mid-80s,this one suffers from an over-synthesized,over-produced sound. It all sounds too slick and formulaic, and not very soulful at all.Chaka's voice deserves better than this. She repeated this formula on her next album 'Destiny' (1986) and the results are dreadful.
