I purchased a Jackson 5 album, and noticed there was a glitch in the song. I then emailed the parent label (Universal) and they said they would send me another copy if I sent them my copy, so I did it and havn't recieved the new copy yet, (and this was in April). The person was emailing said they don't carry that album anymore, but he still hasn't sent me my purchased copy back yet.

What should I do ?
