He may be "Prince inspired" but he is not Prince and he could never be as funky. Plus he is definitely not as hot or sexy. If you think about though it would be a smart move on Justin's part because not too many artist's are able to stay around as long as Prince.
'Close your eyes and count 2 ten and when U open 'em --
I 'll be standing naked with nothing but a smile on'-Prince horny

He's cute, but just a little too pasty.

Also, do you think that ugly people are God's cruel joke on humanity (like the platypus and the heterosexual) or another form of population control?

And he's too skinny.
I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

If you're going to take the time to write a story about the topic, maybe find out who's in the band and add that to the report. This guy heard a show, thought of Prince, and thought it was a story.
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

Yeah, I agree not the best story, just saw a news article that mentioned Prince so thought would share.. I did think his last album songs (although just heard singles, not whole album) sounded a lot like MJ. I don't think I'll listen to this album either but hopefully he will give credit to P for influencing him and maybe turn some of his younger fanbase over to check out the real talent.

Yea, don't get me wrong, thanks for sharing, I thought the author of the yahoo story was the hack.

Maybe cuz Justin Timberlake has got Mike Scott and John Blackwell in his live band. Just guessing here.

Btw, why are people always jumping when people compare singers/musicians to others? I mean, people will always label music and the people that make the music to make it sell.

It did not do Prince harm to be compared to a young Stevie Wonder, then Rick James, then Jimi Hendrix.

I like the fact a talented youngster like Justin Timberlake at least knows where to rip his stuff from. Props to him.

Justin Timberlake is just an average talent, he's nothing special. Timberlake is a serial collaborator in the songwriting department, when he writes a funky song alone then I'll revise my opinion of the overrated Timberlake.

Let's try this again, with a different bit highlighted:
If you're going to take the time to write a story about the topic, maybe find out who's in the band and add that to the report. This guy heard a show, thought of Prince, and thought it was a story.[/quote]

Wow that's almost hinting at EXACTLY WHAT YOU SAID. Who's jumping at a comparison between Justin and Prince? I'm commenting on a story with absolutely no worthwhile content and suggesting a way to make the premise of the story relevant.
