At a recent show in between songs she was gasping for air and drinking water. As you get older diabetics and high blood pressure set in so let's hope she takes care of herself.

Not for us as fans but for her family and having a long life for herself.

Who cares? Aretha can SANG and that's good enough for me. She's struggled with her weight for years and having diabetes and a fat gene doesn't make it any easier so cut the chick a break. The period where she was her thinnest was when she was really young and when she was struggling with drugs. She's just a big girl and will always be big.
