I didn`t see the thread before now, but no, it`s not released yet. The only thing i can find is a 1 track promo on ebay...

I think I'm gonna have to. I was a little shakey on it after hearing bits but after seeing her perform most of the songs, it's a no-brainer.

She looked and sounded amazing. Even sat down and played piano for an old Dusty Springfield number. She opened with Criminal (which sounded great) and highlights were Old Man, You Gotta Be, Day Dreaming, the only original song on the album that she wrote with Dallas Austin and her keyboardist, 5 Minutes Away. She tore down Shelby Lynn's song and Annie Mae. She performed for about 2 hours including the encore. Backup singers were tight, band could be a tiny bit tighter with a few more shows since this was their first time performing the songs and I think there were a few surprise numbers.

There were a group of like 10 men that became more enthusiastic as the night wore on screaming and hollering for her like crazy. Lots of fun and a great show.

sounds like a cool show! Did she do any of her 70s classics like "Our Love" and "I've Got Love On My Mind"?

Yes, she did Our Love, Inseparable, This Will Be. She did do a song I've always hated--Pink Cadillac but of course it sounded good live and she segued into a little bit of Freeway of Love.

The cover reminds me of Lenny's "Are you Gonna Go My Way".

How is her version of "You gotta be"?

There`s still no news on a "Day deraming" single, i was hoping for some remixes, looks like that won`t happen pout

I'm very curious about this CD.... interesting track listing. I definitely want to hear her version of Kate Bush's "The Man with the Child in his Eyes" - such a beautiful song.

I needed to bump this to knock out some of those damn Janet threads lol

I still have hope for Day Dreaming remixes. I accidentally found another remix of Say Somethin' by Mariah Carey on iTunes so now I know just to keep checking for new releases each week. Of course, unless I hear about an official release or something.

Okay, I just picked myself up off the floor. I just read an article that said Natalie is 56. I can't believe it. I knew she was at 50 or a little older but I really... after seeing her perform, I can't believe it

Granted 56 is not really old but… you know how women get those flabby upper arms? Some people call them wings. Women with extra weight definitely have them and even slim women who are not toned have them. Well Natalie does not have them. She wore like a camisole top, probably silk or satin so her arms were out there was no jiggling, flapping or waving anywhere.

She stood in those heels and sang her but off and even battled with the back up singers with the strongest voice. Now that Tina’s not touring anymore, I think I found my new inspiration.

She`s the best! I hope this album becomes a big success, and she could do a world tour, i would love to see her live.

Okay, i just had to post these videos...
In 1997, Natalie Cole "starred" in an animated movie called "Cats don`t dance", and recorded two songs for the soundtrack.
