I've been watching this season very closely... I saw a few episodes of the INXS season but now the difference is that one of the competitors is from my country (Iceland)..... Magni is my fav of the 10 remaining contestants.... While my view might be a bit biased, since he's from Iceland and I played once in a band with his sister as a lead singer, I just think that he's one of the few contestants currently in the show that actually sings, instead of just growling or screaming, like many of them do ... Plus I'm familiar with his earlier work with the Icelandic rock band Shape and that material demonstrates quite well the range of his voice (Legal Mp3s here: http://www.rokk.is/defaul..._flytjanda)

So, who's your favorite in the show?

I watch it from time to time to see how much mascara Dave Navarro is wearing! Also I must say none of those people have much potential in my opinion. I hate that played out 90's way of singing rock music you know like Eddie Vedder and Kurt Cobain. I call it the grunge growl. Anyway I find Zayra entertaining!

as much as i can't stand her she does have stage presence and she does convey "emotion" through her voice...

Yep... I think you're referring to Zayra.... Her apperance is sometimes like she's from another planet .... But while I find her singing often weak, sometimes she manages to hit those Björk/Sinead O'Connor-like notes which sound really cool..... But basically I think the only reason she's still in the show is because the guys in Supernova think she's a hot piece of ass... and I certainly don't disagree with that
