That looks very realistic, and fuckable. However, I think Michael Jackson would look a bit different than that without plastic surgery.

Firstly, he'd have more hair, even if it was a wig. And it'd probably be long and curly (Bad era style). I don't think it's be long and straight because I think he just did that to adjust to the (dare I say) "whiteness" of his appearance.

He'd also have them eyebrows curled. He'd of been putting on face cream underneath his eyes to get rid of those lines. I also doubt he would've have grown facial hair, expecially if it grew out grey.

You also have to keep in mind him having "vitiligo" is probable, so he might still be white regardless. In which case he would have to get a nose job because he'd look ridiculous with white skin an african facial features.

All in all I would love it if he looked like that photoshop.

The fact of the matter whether he has vitiligo or not he went to the extreme with the surgery, the nose that he has on his face now doesn't fit his face any more than a "black" nose would, nor does the silly hole he put in his chin. Did he put that there to adjust his appearance to the "whiteness" of his skin too? Alot of the stuff he has done has nothing to do with having vitiligo or adjusting his features to a "skin disease".
