MJ had a biography on A&E yesterday and it was pretty run of the mill, but it was sad on many levels.

It is hard pressed to justify anything he does as normal, but he is what he is.

I think the publicity machine did him in and it was purely by his own doings. HE wanted to become the greatest at everything he did and compromised his integrity. He made himself so big that when he started to try to appear normal by doing the Oprah Interview, he only came across as stranger. Ditto for the Bashir documentary.

The 1993 thing, although never a trial, looms over his career and of all of the battles he has had in the past 13 years, that was one he should have taken on. If that event had transpired in a not guilty verdict, I think MJ's recent history may have had a different take.
