I remember Quincy Jones saying that when he and MJ recorded that song he told Michael to "beg" and that Michael just "tore that song up". I also have heard DJ's say that this song is the ultimate "begging" song. This song STILL gives me "goosebumps" after all of these years.

I also like Maxwell's "When The Cops Come Knocking"(LOL, I THINK that is the title of that song). I don't remember if the lyrics have anything to do with "begging", but it just sounds like a "begging" song. I am going to have to go pull out my Maxwell CD. I love that man.
