Good for Lance! Kudos to him. Hopefully it will open the door to others in the industry to come out. It sucks that it's really not about the music at all anymore. Granted, not an Nysnc fan but celebrity trumps everything. The fact that he thinks this probably means the end of Nysnc really says something about the media more than the fans, doesn't it? I mean, you know that everyone will waiting to hear Justin's response...and back to Justin, his new song is terrible but will be a hit, why, because he's a likable celebrity...Janet's new one isn't great but guess what....not so likable anymore. Add onto that Clear Channel's paycheck (which hopefully won't matter soon due to satelitte radio and digital singles sales). It's just really not about the music at all anymore....And this coming from a Madonna fan! BTW, my favorite part of this story is the fact that Bass and Joey Fatone (possibly the "straightest" member of Nysnc since he was in a long time relationship with his girlfriend, had a kid out of wedlock, screwed around but then married the girlfriend) are looking to make an "Odd Couple" type polit! If a network doesn't pick that shit up, they are missing out on a funny ass show now!

My gaydar was always ringing when I saw Lance on TV but I'm very happy for him. He did what he felt was right for himself so I'm glad he's at peace with himself and his decision. Plus, he's got Reichen from The Amazing Race as a boyfriend (he's HAWT  !), so I've got to give him major props for that.
I just don't like how he was practically outed by Perez Hilton with all the stories that he was doing on Lance. It was wrong and I hope he gets serious heat for that.
