Reminds me of "2000 Watts" by Michael Jackson. But the MJ-track is far better.

Robbie Williams is perhaps the worst artist in the history of pop music to have gathered such a huge following, well in Europe at least. I'm a brit and im staggered by his success. His songs are generic, his ballads in particular are so dreadful and self obsessed its frightening. I sometimes wonder about the English and that being on that small island does screw up some our brain cells. Of course his new song is going to be awful. I don't think Robbie has surprised me once in his career. His new song is at least upbeat yeah? I can't do with any more moaning.

I'm no fan, but i gots to doff the proverbial cap at some of his tunes. She's the one, angels, no regrets, kids, ...all great songs IMO.

His new song, though, is terrible. As a lot of his stuff has been for a couple of years now. It sounds like he's trying to do the same thing as Justin Timberlake, and failing horrendously.

This is kind of dissapointing to hear since I was thinking about buying the new album since he is working with the Pet Shop Boys....then again, he worked with the Pet Shop Boys on that first American album, where he combined his first two UK releases...I never cared for that disc and I think I sold it (or tried too).

I don't like him. Never have, never will.

OK i admit it, i like Robbie Williams. Ive got a few of his albums which without being ground-breaking are very listenable and enjoyable, and ive also been to see him at Knebworth which was a fantastic day. He's without doubt one of the best showman out there. Probably the best since Freddie Mercury IMO

HOWEVER, his new single is pretty dire. As much as I acknowledge the change in direction, you simply can't use 'Matalan' and 'TK Maxx' as lyrics. I don't care who you are!! Word has it though, his new 'dance' album is quite good

However was I to be locked in a chair w/headphones, forced to listen to either 'Rudebox' or 'Sexy Back', I'd choose 'Rudebox'.

At least I guess now we know why LT announced his retirement from the music industry recently..

It could be a grower on me (as were a few of his songs) but on first hearing its just ridiculous.

Is he just trying to tick off as many musical genres as possible to prove to the public he's talented?!?
