Okay , this track has some personal history .
This maxi-single version was played in 2 funkclubs i frequently visited .
The first time i heard it , i asked the Dj which slamming Bootsy-track that was .
He showed the sleeve above , and i went to hunt for it .
I remember the price-sticker on that sleeve , counting about 40 or 50 dollars .
Import-prices were way up high around that time in Europe .
It was also the internetless era , so i really had to search for it in specific import-stores .

When i finally bumped into a copy , i checked the sleeve-notes .
Although it's from 1982 , it never appeared on the album from that same year .
After a good listen i discovered that it was a version based on Countracula which is on the album ( below ).




It has luckily been remasterd on 2 best-of cd's , a live-cd + dvd .
This track is a booming party-crasher & classis funkjam .
