MadonnaTribe has interesting news to report today about Madonna's projects in the near future.

Jump, the 4th and the final commercial single from Confessions On A Dance Floor, will include amazing remixes by Junior Sanchez and Axwell among others.

After the Confessions Tour, Madonna will be very busy promoting her new book, the sequel to The English Roses, with lots of appearances, but the most exiting news is, without a doubt, that there's a possibily of a new album towards the end of the year.

Also the Axwell has leaked (I haven't listened to it...)!

I guess Madonna realized just how badly "Get Together" tanked...I'm sure she won't make the same mistake and will be seen somwhere performing the song before that NBC special.

Now something like "Jump" seems easy to confirm and put out there but a new album by the end of the year? Madonna doesn't work like that BUT I don't have doubts that she or Warners might release a compherensive greatest hits set (they exploit everyone's back catalog....they would have done a good job with "Ulimate Prince" had it been released). I predict it will include all the CAOD singles (maybe minus "Get Together" and they'll wait to see if "Jump" does at least as well as "Sorry"). This is all wishful thinking, but it happens, I think we'll finally see "Who's That Girl" and "Causin A Communtion" on a true hits set, along with the original "Into The Groove" (I don't think even she could get away with putting that remix on another set). Again. all wishful thinking but a lot more likely than a full new album. And with all the remix EPs/maxis, a remix disc of COADF is overkill and will piss off fans all the fans that are already bored with her remixes.

You may be right...But I crave for a boxset! Madonna is a bitch when it comes to non-album tracks!

I hope for a edition of Confessions Remixed in cd with some extras like the tour version of La Isla Bonita, Music Inferno and You Thrill Me!

But hey...with Madonna anything can happen!

The Immaculate Collection shifts over 2000 units weekly and as of late, nearly 3000. There's no need for another hits collection. A boxset would be a better idea.

I wouldn't mind owning studio versions of the Confessions Tour songs like 'Like a Virgin' and 'Erotica'.

eh..i don't know if i like the idea of a greatest hits or collection just yet. after GHV2 (as horribly compiled as it was), there was only American Life and Confessions on a Dancefloor. or another remix ep. i'd like to see a new album of original material or even a collection of b-sides and rarities. (i.e. Your Honesty, You Thrill Me, I heart NY from the documentary, R.O.L. outakes etc..)

i remember reading that they, she and Stuart Price, did enough songs to make another album...hmmmm that would be cool i guess. maybe do one more album and then compile a true hits or even singles collection. whatever it is i'm sure it'll be a disappointment. sort of like Kylie's "Ultimate" 2 disc set. a few stellar tracks were left off. guess i'm just a completest when it comes to collections. lol

The Axwell remix of Jump just leaked from a dj set. For those who were less than satisfied with her latest set of mixes, it's safe to say you'd be pleased with this one.

Yeah, but how likely is that to happen unless it comes with a whole lot of prep work and buzz....And knowing Madonna, it will still, sadly, be incomplete.

Any new Madonna material is just dandy with me. A collections box-set or album or new material are all game with me!

Some well produced ballads would be lovely. She should team up with a lyricist too. Nothing Fails had a lot of potential but kinda failed on the repetition of "I'm not religious."
