The summer of 2006 is shaping up to be a busy season for Watley in more ways than one. America will get a chance to see the singer apply her trademark perseverance and passion to an area other than music as one of the stars of Bravo's summer reality series Work Out.



The six-episode series will have a "soft premiere" on July 19 following the new edition of Project Runway and then will debut in its official time slot on July 25 at 10pm. Work Out follows the professional and personal life of an elite trainer and gym owner in Beverly Hills, California, as she builds her business with the help of a expert team of trainers and an exclusive set of clients. Working with one of the trainers, Watley is a major fixture on the show, particularly during the finale, which culminates with a special intimate performance by the singer during the episode's exciting "reveal" segment.

I'm not sure about the show but I look forward to the new album. With my terrible conection, I haven't even been able to hear her verison of "Borderline" yet.

I actually caught the show by accident and was curious since I use to be a trainer way back when. They focus on Jody and few other celebrity clients who train there. She doesn't look bad in the gym and she's still rocking the big hair.

Jackie's a little butch her girlfriend who's featured a lot is ridiculously jealous. Makes for good drama in the personal life footage.

On next episode a trainer is reprimanded for showing Jody explicit photos on her cell phone.
