JUST saw Beyonce Dejavu video. Check it out it is a very good song. Video is ok. It sounds like Prince helped her out with the production because the song sounds like a song of his music.
Some of the dresses she had were awful!  I hope her mom didn't design those.

I've been listening to Prince for approximately 27 years now, and I can't say that I hear his influence in this song. Also the art direction of that video is basically some bayou-juju imagery that is likely influenced from Tina Knowles'creole side of her family.
