James Brown - Killing 'em

Now we all know Prince is funky as all that, but watching the Godfather in the day is just rediculous.

Headphones and some rooom to shake your ass recommended

Don't think I have ever heard his band sound funkier than in this clip

Another a bit older but equally nasty

Having watches this again you can really see the influence he had on MJ and Prince's dancing. I saw James in the mid-80's and it was a little sad. I can just imagine seeing him in a small venue back in the early days.

yeah. It really is shocking how great he was. Most people have seen only post "Living in America" james and that truly is a shame. He is just way to funky and that band....oh my.

Just once I would've loved to have seen James & Prince perform "Doin' It To Death" Thee Funkiest JB/Fred Wesley jam EVER!

I love this one, with 2 drummers dancing jig I would have loved to have been on that dance floor, rocking a big fro and some platform shoes.
